To get internet in the Gambella area, get a slab with a hotspot, and an unlimited plan on ethiotelecom. You’ll have to program the sim to select the correct plan. You’ll want unlimited and you’ll want to share it with people.

Because bandwidth is limited, all the computers are set to share their updates.

Users:

Admin –password shared with a few trusted people, they should change it if it becomes widely known

User — password User

the machines:

Lenovo Thinkpad x250 with 1920×1080 display – core I5 5th generation, 8gib ram, 256gb ssd. There should be over 6 of these. To fix them, a phillips #1 screwdriver and a spudger.
